Everyone gets a few kilos during winter months. Breakfast
2 slices of white cheese or 1 egg, 2 slices of bread, plenty of raw vegetables
Mid-morning
1 portion of fresh fruit
Lunch
2-3 meatballs sized of meat, 1 slice of bread, plenty of salad (flavored with lemon juice and olive oil)
Afternoon
1 slice of cheese, 2 slices of bread
Dinner
8-10 tablespoons of vegetable dish, 1 slice of bread, 1 cup of yogurt (or 2 cups of buttermilk), plenty of salad
Night
2 portions of fruit
