A cup of tea or coffee, 5 biscuits, a matchbox-sized cheese (28 grams), a small apple

 Lunch

An egg,  aslice of toasted bread, a cup of tea or coffee

 Dinner

A cup of tuna, a cup of carrots or beets, a cup of green fibre vegetables, half a cup of icecrea
