Tips for deep sleep

Here are some tips to have deep sleep.
Tidy up your room: If your bedroom is noisy, crowded with lots of furniture and your bed is not comfortable, these affect the quality of your sleep negatively. Therefore, you need to redecorate your bedroom.
Go to sleep: You should not go to your bed with the idea, it is time to sleep, instead of this when you feel very tired, you should go to your bed.
