We start cleaning on female babies’ crotch which is the cleanest part of the baby and then continue to perineum. We clean the vulva, genital area, from top to bottom by holding with our fingers. If it is necessary to clean again, we use the clean cotton every time. Do not forget; if you clean each area with the same cotton, urinary tract infection risk will rise. Then, we clean the baby’s butt and cheeks not by forcing and bring away the dirty nappy.
After we apply the baby’s cream, we open the nappy by taking it between baby’s leg, centering and we put equal amount on both side to provide the turd leakage. We bend the plastic part of the nappy not to outside but inside by closing the gluey tape. When we bend this side to inside, the skin will be blush because of touching. We always pull it to the bottom and then close the nappy by clothing her underpants. Thereby, we can provide our baby against urinar system infections.
