Swedish diet program


Swedish diet is applied for a short time. It is obvious that it is very hard for some people. In fact the person tests its own will in a sense. As a result of investigation about the people who apply this diet, shows that they lose weight between 7 to 16 kilos. The amount of weight loss may vary related to the person’s metabolic rate. So a definite amount of weight loss cannot be expected for everybody. However there may be people who cannot lose weight by applying this diet. Although some experts think that sweden diet is not very healthy, others recommend this for urgent weight loss. This type of diet should not be applied over a certain period of time. If not, it seriosly damage the body and metabolism of the person. Some of the important rules of this diet are in the following.

While following the diet, except for the list, tea, coffee are completely banned. That you should drink at least three liters of water is another important detail. You are free to change the place of the meals of lunch and dinner. After the application of 13 days, you should be careful not to apply again before nearly six months.

 Day 2 and 9

A cut-off of sugar, a cup of coffee

100 grams yogurt, a slice of salami

Dinner

200 grams beef, a fruit, green salad

 Day 3 and 10

Breakfast

A cut-off of sugar, a cup of coffee, a slice of toasted bread

Lunch

A tomato, boiled spinach, a fruit

Dinner

A slice of salami, 2 hard boiled eggs, green salad

 Day 4 and 11

Breakfast

A cut-off of sugar, a cup of coffee, a slice of toasted bread

Lunch

A greated carrot, a hard boiled egg, 250 grams fat-free cheese

Dinner

100 grams yogurt, 2 slices of orange juice

 Day 5 and 12

Breakfast

A big grated carrot with lemon juice

Lunch

200 grams boiled fish (oil-free)

Dinner

200 grams steak, broccoli and salad

Breakfast

A cut-off of sugar, a cup of coffee

Lunch

A big greated carrot, 2 hard boiled eggs

Dinner

Salad with chicken

 Day 7

Breakfast

Sugar-free tea

Lunch

200 grams grilled meat, a fruit
