Rosehip: This plant is rich in vitamin C and when it is drunk as a tea, it gets involved in the bloodstream rapidly. Preperation: Put 2 tablespoons of rosehip in a non-aluminum pot and add a glass of water then close the cover of it. It is boiled for 20 or 30 minutes. Add freshly squeezed lemon juice and honey by filtering through a coffee filter. Sage & Eucalyptus: When these plants are mixed to make a tea, they provide both a calming and a therapeutic effect for sore throat thanks to having the inhibitory and antibacterial properties. Preperation: 2 tablespoons of sage and eucalyptus leaves are mixed into approximately 250 mililiters of water and boiled for 20 or 30 minutes. After it is cooled, you can gargle whenever you need during a day.
