High Blood Pressure – Not Everyone

High Blood Pressure – Not Everyone

WORLWIDE, high blood pressure affects averagely %1 to 2 of all human beings. In most cases this is due to secondary high blood pressure or high blood pressure that is related to an illness. When the illness is cleared up the high blood pressure returns to normal.

Not all populations have as high of blood pressure statistics as the US. This is mainly due to an environmental factors world wide. This factor is food. There is a difference between man made versus natural.

Since the 1900’s the American population consumes nearly triple of salt and sugars. For an example: the diet was largely unprocessed back then. We only consumed about 2 ounces of sugar for coffee, cereal etc. Today we consume 41/2 ounces of sugar equaled to a six ounce glass of juice. We also take in that much or more fats. More so because we have all become couch potatoes and don’t exercise.

Our hobbies don’t even consist of gardening anymore. We now pay someone to grow even the flowers in our yard. So what do we expect? We don’t get any exercise; we don’t spend a whole of time outside. We don’t eat right either and we including our children our paying for our simpler ways of life.

Remember when we were told to go and play. Kids today don’t do that. We need to get ourselves and our kid’s active again for the sake of our health.
