If you use herbs unconsciously to lose weight, they will cause some health problems. There is a mixture of five herbs that is recommended by doctors to the people who want to lose weight. The herbs are mate (Paraguay tea), green tea, rosemary, brier and thyme.
Preperation: Boil a liter of water and add one teaspoon of mate, rosemary, brier, thyme and two teaspoons of green tea. Wait for ten minutes. Before drinking strain the mixture. You can lose five kilos in a month by drinking this tea.
Mate: It helps to get rid of edema in the body and burn excessive fat. Due to minerals and vitamins it contains, it energizes the body.
Green tea: It contains more antioxidants when compared with black tea. It also has less caffeine.
Rosemary: It helps to sweat more.
Brier: It helps your kidneys to work so you can lose weight.
Thyme: It helps digestion.
