Finding out that you’re pregnant can be exhilarating or upsetting or a little bit of both. Remember that every woman is different, so you may not experience all (or any) of the most common signs of pregnancy:
Tender breasts/nipples
If your breasts are swollen, similar to the way they feel when you expect your period, it may be a sign of pregnancy. In the early period after conception, many women complain about tender nipples.
Slight spotting or cramping
Experiencing a light spotty discharge (unlike your usual period) and cramps are also common signs of a pregnancy and are caused by your uterus preparing for the baby.
