Each puffiness which is seen in breast and with palpation should not be supposed as “cancer” tumor. Good-natured tumors can cause big fears and sorrow by suggesting as a cancer by woman. Statistics show that each women applying to the doctor experience this fear.
Palpation: breast upper surface is checked by using palm and tip toes together beginning from the arm pit. When hard masses and irregular lump are felt, applying to the doctor is necessary. Sometimes, lump’s arms reaching inside of the breast can be. This hard mass which its levels are uncertain does not cause any inconvenience at the beginning.
Visual inspection: advanced tumors can be noticed with eyes. There is some cohesiveness between the tumor’s mammary gland and its surroundings. This also causes deformity in breast. The nipple is pulled to the side of the tumor and the breast rises to the upward. This obvious tension and rising shows that it is a serious situation. Deformity around the tumor like orange peel and liquid accumulation are the exact evidences of the disease’s advancing. Pains in back, waist and legs accompany to this situation. Weakening and dyspnoea are the other obvious symptoms.
