American heart association diet


American heart association diet is recommended by expert doctors in case of urgent need to lose weight for people who have a specific disease. Although it seems difficult and severe as it is prepared by doctors it is applied under the control of the experts. Unless it is recommended by a doctor, applying this diet is not very healthy. It attracts the attention of women as it provides fast weight loss. Sometimes people exceed the three-day period as accepting as a healthy diet prepared by specialists. This is designed for patients who have heart problems and cannot be applied by old people. Although weight loss changes from person to person, in average 4 kilos for 3 days is expected to lose.

Day 1

Breakfast

Half grapefruit, a slice of toasted bread, 2 tablespoons of peanut butter and tea or coffee

Lunch

Half a portion of tuna, a slice of toasted bread, non-sugar tea or coffee

Dinner

2 slices of meat, a plate of green beans, a small apple, vanilla ice cream

Day 2

Breakfast

An egg, half a banana, a slice of toasted bread, non-sugar tea or coffee

Lunch

A plate of cottage cheese, 3 salty crackers

Dinner

2 sausages, a plate of cauliflower, half plate of carrots, half a banana, half a plate of vanilla ice cream

Day 3

Breakfast

5 salty crackers, a sice of cheddar cheese, a small apple, non-sugar tea

Lunch

A hard boiled egg, a slice of toasted bread

Dinner

A plate of tuna fish, a plate of cauliflower, half a melon, half a plate of vanilla ice cream
